So how does it feel to play on the exclusive fairways of The Dutch in the KLM Open with the best players in Europe? Amateur Rochus Bakker knows, and he’ll be telling his story in the clubhouse for many years to come. It was just one shot on one hole, but Bakker made the most of it. The 9.4 handicap golfer hit the best shot of the day at the 14th hole where he was taking part in the first ever ‘Beat The Pro’ event in the world. It’s a brand new initiative designed to create a lively atmosphere during tournaments.
